Cancellation policy

Subscription Orders

By placing a subscription order, you acknowledge and agree to recurring billing at the interval selected at checkout. Subscription orders can be canceled anytime before the next billing date. You may cancel your subscription by visiting the customer portal at the bottom of our website or by contacting us at support@hichompy.com. Once billed and processed, subscription orders cannot be canceled as they begin shipping immediately.

Billing Reminders

You will receive an email reminder before each subscription renewal. It is your responsibility to cancel before the billing date if you no longer wish to continue your subscription.

Chargebacks

If you have questions about a charge, please contact us at support@hichompy.com before filing a dispute with your bank. Filing a chargeback for a valid subscription charge that you agreed to may result in collection efforts and being banned from future purchases.

Promotions and Reshipments

If your subscription order included a promotional offer such as Buy 1 Get 1 Free, any reshipments will NOT include the free item or additional promotional items.
