Chompy Return and Refund Policy

At Chompy, we're committed to ensuring you have the best experience with our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help make things right.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your product to initiate a return. To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging, with all labels intact.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., a receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Please note: Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Perishable items (e.g., food or drinks that spoil quickly)
  • Custom products (e.g., personalized items)
  • Health and personal care items that have been opened (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

Return Process

To begin a return, contact us at Support@hichompy.com. We will provide instructions, including the return address, after reviewing your request. Returns sent without contacting us first will not be processed.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that the processing time may vary based on your bank or card issuer's policies.

Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at Support@hichompy.com within 48 hours. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including offering a replacement if necessary.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the original item must be returned following our return process. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.

Subscription Orders

Overview

By subscribing, you agree to receive recurring shipments of Chompy products. You will be billed according to the terms selected at checkout.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime by contacting us at Support@hichompy.com. If cancellation occurs after your payment for the next shipment, you will still receive that shipment. The cancellation will apply to future orders.

Return of Subscription Orders

Subscription items are subject to the same return policy as non-subscription orders. Contact us at Support@hichompy.com to initiate a return.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will assist in retrieving the item or arranging a reshipment, at your expense.

Promotional Items

If your subscription or one-time order included a promotional offer (e.g., Buy One, Get One Free), any replacement orders will not include the promotional item(s).
